Exercise, the Magic Bullet?
Well, maybe yes. How’s that for being wishy washy. I’m a strong advocate for exercise, no matter your age, if you physically can. With LEMS, sometimes you just can’t. There are just so many positive gains with doing exercise within your abilities, the payback can be a big positive. First, mentally there’s that lift from endorphins released with exercise. Then you get the added muscle strength and tone. Let me know if you exercise, or if not, what limits you from doing it. And if you’re not currently engaged in regular exercise, please think about it!
