Has LEMS given you any new relationships you cherish?
Personally, I have gained many new connections and some of my closest friends from my LEMS journey!
@pricewool and I have become very close and I’m thankful to have him as a co-worker, close friend, and like the father I never had.
I’ve also met and become close with other LEMS patients, there are several in my area I keep in contact with.
LEMS has also made my relationships with my existing friends stronger and weeded a lot of the people who weren’t true friends to begin with and I’m thankful for that!
I’d love to hear about some of your special relationships or your support system!
