  • How do you cope with a bad day?

    Good morning all!

    We all have good and bad days. It seems like I’ve had more “bad” emotional days lately due to a few people passing away in my personal life. For me, stress is a big trigger for a LEMS flare.

    We all handle stress differently, but I’m wondering how each of you is doing lately?

    What helps you handle your stress when you feel you are at your breaking point?

    For me, I tend to turn inward and start doing more solitary activities. Sometimes, talking just becomes too much for me, especially rehashing emotional details.

    I love to sit in my garden and enjoy the sunshine and flowers I’ve spent the last 2 years planting.

    I also love to escape the world with a book or go on a hike with my dogs.

    Yoga also brings me peace.
