It’s 2022! It’s Insurance Time Too
When I was still working, the beginning of a new year also meant a possible change in insurance carrier, plan, or tier level. This is NOT a fun time, am I right? Yes, I’m right. In the later years of my employment, I worked for the State of Oklahoma and the state re-negotiated their employee insurance offerings we had to choose from EVERY year. We all want to keep our established physicians and clinicians, our co-pay levels, and coverages as stable as possible. This is all VERY complicated.
