    IVIG approval outside of the United States

    I heard from a patient that IVIG is not an option to her because her insurance prefers 3,4 DAP and Mestinon. This treatment is not helping the patient but because her country has standardized insurance, they will not cover IVIG.

    Has anyone experienced something similar to this?

    If so, were you able to get your IVIG approved another way?
