LEMS Walk at the Ballpark
It’s so important for LEMS patients such as myself, and you hopefully, to get out often and get some walking in. I know it can be tough when you don’t feel well and the LEMS is acting up, but either moderate or perhaps wait for tomorrow.
The other day I took about 45 minutes to walk around Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. If you like baseball, the World Series will play here very soon, and there will be some lucky fans. I hope you enjoy my LEMS walk video!
