Staying Healthy during Flu Season
I am just recovering from what I felt like was more than a cold; but I didn’t get as sick as many have with the flu. It came on strong with major body chills at the start. I’ve never had a cold start out that way. I truly feel that all of the donor antibodies from my ongoing IVIG and now SubQ Hizentra treatment really helped me out. However, it makes me super cautious about going out in public. How are you doing with this flu season? Has anyone in your home come down with the flu? Have you? It’s a super scary time to be a chronically ill patient. How are you handling this flu season?
