I was diagnosed with LEMS 14 years ago & participated in a clinical trial for Ruzurgi, I did very well in the Ruzurgi & since it is no longer available I currently take Firdapse but I don’t do as well with that drug & my symptoms have worsened & I have to use a walker or wheelchair
