What does a good day look like for you?
Hey all!
I know we all have our ups and downs, especially with Lambert-Eaton syndrome. I know we have focused on what a “bad” LEMS day looks like for us,
but what would you consider a good “LEMS” day? What things bring you joy?

Great questions Ashley! I would love to hear everyone’s answers. For Grace, it’s the days she is able to do “normal” teenage activities like going to the mall or doing something with friends. On these days, I see a lightness to her that is so beautiful to see as her mom. Like, for a little while, the burden has been lifted.

Like my day today, working on my flower beds and pulling grass and weeds around my garden edges with the sun shining bright!

That sounds like a perfect day to me as well! My flower beds are my refuge when the world becomes too much. Sometimes just sitting out there and enjoying the sunshine is enough to put me in a better mood!
