New Year’s Resolution: Eat Better!
Diet is a major component of our health. Inflammation is, I think, a significant component in helping mediate autoimmune disorders such as LEMS.
Are you working on your diet to make it as anti-inflammatory as possible? I have been trying to incorporate the Mediterranean Diet into my meal plans in the past month, and loving it. The food is easy to prepare and tastes great. I love cooking with olive oil too!
