Hi Tim
I can’t take Firdapse either and also reacted badly to IVIG.
Ive been using medical cannabis for almost 2 yrs. Now solely to treat my LEMS.
Oils and edibles didnt work well but i get really good results with a Vaporizer!
I only use it before bed (every night) or sometimes naps if necessary.
For me it was a huge game changer.

I was on it for 3 weeks. Ice cold hands, brain fog, cold nose. It did help my nervous system in the beginning but the 4 1/2 hour seizure and a trip to the hospital put an end to it! Now just using medical cannabis.

The right strain with the right dosis works great. Ive tried several different strains as this is kind of a expirmental treatment and have found 2 strains that work!

In Germany i contacted my insurance company which sent me forms for my Doctor to fill out and i sent them all of my medical records. They made a one off decision to approve it as there are no studies for LEMS but i had been using it for about 3 months at the time and showed significant improvement all documented by my doctors. It was a simple process.
