Biography

I was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer December 12, 2020.  I had been experiencing leg weakness since July, 2020.  I began  chemotherapy followed by surgery in March, and more chemotherapy.  My legs continued too weaken and the oncologist thought it was neuropathy due to the chemo.  Finally in April I met with a neurologist who diagnosed LEMS.  I am currently not on medication and unsure if my insurance will cover Firdapse.
