I’ve recently been diagnosed with Lems. I have progressive weakness especially in my legs. I started firdapse which I didn’t think was doing much for me until I stopped it. It clearly is helping me and I’m on the highest dose. I have an excellent neurologist who diagnosed me and manages my LEM’s care
