My symptoms started in 2015, however it took a long 18 months to be diagnosed with autoimmune LEMS. By the time I was diagnosed I was basically bed ridden, unable to talk and barely able to eat. Treatment for me has been difficult as I respond for a period then begin to decline again, but I’m hopeful that they will find a successful treatment plan so I can gain my life back and my ability to walk distances
