Rituxan is a monoclonal antibody therapy, often used in conjunction with chemotherapy for cancer patients.  It has also been successful in treating autoimmune diseases, LEMS being one of them. There are severe side effect concerns listed including progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). LEMS patients have shared their success on Rituxan/Rituximab.  We would love to hear your story!
