  Do you have a LEMS rest schedule?

  I’m writing this on a Sunday, typically a day the working world takes a pause from the daily grind.  Not everyone of course, but the masses who have those Monday to Friday schedules.  Of course for us, the LEMS patients of the world, rest is a special consideration.  Being retired, it’s less of a deal to have a schedule to rest for me, but for you, maybe a rest plan is important.  If you try to stick with an informal rest schedule most of the time every week, I’d like to hear it.
