  Do you practice self-care with LEMS?

  LEMS patients face everyday challenges of fatigue, brain fog, muscle weakness, and so much more. Everyday life can be a challenge to keep a positive mental attitude as well as take care of physical issues.

  Along with self-care comes self-love. It can be difficult to not spiral in guilt, own up to one’s own mistakes, and set healthy boundaries.
