For those who like to track their symptoms!
Good morning all!
I know some of you like to track and monitor your symptoms closely, Did you know there’s a great app for that?
I haven’t personally used it, but Bearable is an app that was developed by a fellow chronic illness warrior that was designed to help you track your symptoms and moods!
I think it would be especially helpful for those going through the diagnosis process and for those who are trying to find a treatment that works for them.
Do any of you keep a journal or use something to track your symptoms?
