  Holiday Stress and LEMS

  How did your Thanksgiving Day go? Was it the perfect family gathering, with turkey and all the trimmings, a warm fire flickering in the fireplace, with all your close family members there to share the warm feelings of the gathering with you?

  Holidays are celebrated with warm, fuzzy, oftentimes funny holiday movies, giving and receiving holiday cards, and heading out on shopping sprees for food and gifts.

  They’re also infamous for being a life stressor. We know that stress isn’t good for our Lambert-Eaton.

  Were you prepared for the additional stress that often accompanies Thanksgiving and the holiday season?
