  I’ve never forgotten to take my LEMS meds. How do I do it?

  Well of course this is a preposterous lie.  I have forgotten or gotten  behind on my LEMS meds for the day countless times.  But I try, and I do have a method.  I’ll give you my biggest tip, and it’s free.  Set alarms.  You can tell Alexa to set you some alarms, timed to your meds.  You can use Siri if you have an Apple Watch, iPhone, or iPad.  And you don’t even have to touch anything.  Just figure your med schedule, and ask either of them to set alarms.  Walah…you will get the alarms at the appropriate times to keep you on track.  I’m not perfect with this method, but much, much better.
