Hi Krzysztof! I’ve had cataracts and surgery on both eyes many years ago. I cannot link it to LEMS because I have diabetes which can cause this. I have had double and blurry vision at times from LEMS. When I’m on my medication and the LEMS is under control, I usually don’t have vision problems.

Eye Doctor thought I had negative pressure glaucoma but further testing turned out to be ocular neuropathy in the optic nerve from my autoimmune illness.

But there is medical research that ocular (eye) weakness and it’s symptoms can be signs of LEMS.
