  LEMS Walk #9 Ducks and Such

  One of the most important benefits of doing LEMS walks is the opportunity to commune with nature! On this walk we see ducks and and egret on the far bank. The ducks are Mallards. Males have the coloring. Females are a mottled brown. I post these video’s to encourage all LEMS patients to get outdoors as often as possible, if you are able. It’s good for the spirit.
