    Good morning all!

This morning, I received a “tropical storm watch” alert on my phone. You may or may not know that tropical storm Elsa is traveling up the eastern coast of the US.

We all face natural disasters depending on where we live. For me, it’s pretty common to get hurricanes or tropical storms from now until the end of October. For others it may be fires, tornadoes, flooding, tsunami, earthquakes, blizzards,  or others.

My big question is what do you do to prepare for this?

Do you keep a “bug out” bag packed and ready to go in case of an emergency?

If you do, what are the necessities you keep packed?

I don’t currently have a bug out bag, but I do try to keep all of my medications in the same bag so they are easy to carry with me.
