It’s a personal decision, but I’ve chosen to wear a Medical ID when I’m out walking and some other times as well.  Life is fickle and you never know when a fireman, EMT, or ER nurse needs the information you’re unable to tell them in the moment.  I have an actual Medical ID band, but also my Apple Watch has one as well, accessible from the watch screen.  What do I have on my ID band?  My full name, my emergency contact name and phone, blood type, major medical problems, and NO DRUG caution because I have a blood pressure medication they might use I can’t tolerate.  Your pertinent information will be your own, of course, but think of things you absolutely want someone treating you to know.  Do you have one?  Please consider one if you don’t.
