We’re in the depths of winter for sure! @ashleygregory757 shared a video of her dogs scampering and frolicking in the snow at her home recently. I see temperatures in the northeast below zero. Yikes. The day I’m writing this topic it’s 68 degrees here in Texas. The sky is blue with wispy clouds, the water sparkles with sunlight, and the geese and ducks luxuriate on the banks of our canal. I shot this video on my walk, so enjoy by hitting this LINK!

As always I encourage all LEMS patients (myself too!) to get out and get some fresh air and exercise at every opportunity. Even in the winter, there are beautiful days. My walking this day was slow and my hips were weak. Still, I managed. You can too, I hope. It’s good for the body and the soul!
