• Walking with LEMS

Yes, I mean that literally.  I’m obsessive compulsive about walking daily, even with LEMS.  It started after I was in the hospital in 2009 and left in a wheelchair.  It took months of rehab to become functional again, but I did.  Now, years later, daily walks are part of my routine.  Can I get out every day?  Obviously not.  If I’m not feeling well or the LEMs is bad, they get scaled back or missed.  But almost every day I’m out there.  If the weather is bad, I’m in the gym on the treadmill.  But enough talk.  Come with me now on one of my daily walks, and maybe give it a try yourself!
