  What’s your favorite thing to do to relieve stress?

  Hey all!

  We’ve talked a little bit about stress management and I think we’ve all had a pretty stressful year especially being patients with a rare disease.

  What are some of your favorite things to do to de-stress?

  Personally, I love reading at the beach or enjoying a sunset on the water or planting something new in my flower gardens. I also love escaping by reading a good book when I have the time/energy to!
