  Where has my 4th Week IVIG Fade gone? Unpredictable!

  So I’ve been whining to everyone about this 4th week drop in antibodies before my next IVIG infusion. I’m all prepared to whine at my neurologist next week in an effort to consider Sub Q immunoglobulin delivery, which has the benefit of even antibody levels week to week. Last month I was crashing every night 5 days prior to my next infusion. Perfect evidence for Sub Q.
  BUT WAIT… this month my infusion is tomorrow and I’ve had NO crashes or flares AT ALL. In fact my morning walks the last couple of days have been better than ever. LEMS is a crazy disorder.
  Do you experience this crazy, unpredictable nature of Lambert-Eaton? I’d love to hear your story!
