Back out there doing maybe the best exercise for LEMS
After some recent health challenges, I’m back out on my neighborhood sidewalks doing what might be the best exercise for LEMS patients, walking. Lambert-Eaton often shows itself first with weakness in the hips. This weakness can have profound impact on your walking. It certainly did with mine! What helps? It’s simple. Walk within your ability as much as you can. You may find, once you’re on a good treatment plan, walking and even just strolling the neighborhood can be great for your body and mind.
