More details of therapies available, drugs that interact with LEMS, spoon theory, grief management techniques, plain language communication so family and friends understand how this disease affects energy levels. How people cope day to day. Estimates of life span esp without cancer, how it can spawn other autoimmune illnesses. The profound quality of life changes LEMS causes.
