    Hey, Ya’ll!

Yesterday I went to the chiropractor for the first time and I’m amazed at how much of a difference I already feel!

Before the chiropractor made any adjustments, he did an “Insight” scan which told him more about my neurological system. The Insight scan consists of tools to measure heart rate variability (a test my neurologist did when I originally got my POTS diagnosis), along with a surface EMG scan and a thermal scan.

I am going back later this week to review my scan results, and I am anxious to see what they are! I plan to post more about my results next week!

In the meantime, have any of you visited a chiropractor?
If so, have you been able to take advantage of the Insight scan?

I have been having chiropractor adjustments approx. each month for several years now. Because I have poor balance, difficulty ambulating, muscle weakness hips and legs, poor mobility, the regular adjustments have definitely helped with joint mobility and helped to reduce pain also. Also, I have better body alignment to deal with all the difficulties LEMs throws at me!

      Hey @Dorothy Dempsey

I’m so glad they have helped you also! Does your chiropractor use the insight scans as well?
