How do you pace yourself and still enjoy the weekend?
One of the things I had to learn with all of my autoimmune diagnoses was to pace myself. We naturally want to go and do things; but our bodies don’t react well to it if we overdo and don’t pace ourselves. The weekends can be difficult with so many “activities” on the agenda that we would like to take part in. As we look at this first weekend in 2020, how are you going to pace yourself and not overdo?
