June is Myasthenia Gravis Awareness month!
Last month we talked a lot about mental health for mental health awareness month. Today marks the first day of “Myasthenia Gravis Awareness month.”
If you didn’t know, Myasthenia Gravis is the “long lost cousin” of LEMS. We share many similarities with them because they both affect the neuromuscular junction.
Many of us have been mistakenly diagnosed with MG, so I think it’s important to be aware of the similarities and differences between the two!
