  Hi LEMS Friends!

  Just a reminder that our monthly Zoom social is this Friday, October 24th, at 5:30 pm EST!

  As always, you can comment here or send me a private message with any topics that have been on your mind! Looking forward to seeing you all!

  This month our meeting will only be 30 minutes long as Kevin is on vacation and graciously agreed to host anyway! We will start promptly at 5:30!

  Our next meeting is Friday, November 21st!

  For those that missed our last meeting with Kerri Dodson, the nutritionist, she will be joining us again in November!

  If you have specific questions, you would like answered please message me or leave a comment so I can get them to her ahead of time!
