    Ruzurgi was approved for pediatric LEMS patients this year. Some adult LEMS patients have switched back to RUZURGI, having it written off label. Because off label prescribing cannot be promoted by a pharmaceutical company, Jacobus does not have a patient assistance program for adult patients. How has the process of getting prior authorizations and affording the out of pocket worked for you?
