  Check out these financial assistance programs for LEMS patients!!

  Morning all!

  In our last Zoom meeting, we talked about some financial assistance programs offered for LEMS.

  Some of you may already be aware of them, however, I thought it might be helpful to list them in detail for those who do not know.

  The HealthWell Foundation
  offers a grant of up to $12,000 to cover LEMS treatments for patients who have additional co-pays after insurance. Currently, the application is not open for LEMS, but you can sign up to be notified when it does open. Treatment it covers includes Firdapse, IVIG, and others.

  NORD also offers a copay assistance program for LEMS.

  Catalyst Pathways also offers copay assistance for Firdapse.

  Lastly, The Assistance Fund offers copay assistance for Ruzurgi and Firdapse.

  Most of these programs aren’t currently taking applications for 2024 Assistance, but I would keep an eye out for them all opening back up soon!
