Does past trauma have a link to chronic illness and LEMS?
Dawn and I have had multiple discussions about both having a pretty traumatic childhood/adolescence and this has been a popular topic in the chronic illness community.
How many of you also suffered from trauma in your life?
The ACE score is a questionnaire that tallies childhood traumatic experiences and gives you a score. Studies have shown that the higher your score, the higher your likelihood of developing a chronic illness.
