  Looking outward, not inward.

  Well of course we LEMS patients look inward a lot!  How could we not?  Medications every day, our hips are weak or they feel great, our day is starting great or we’re exhausted already.  It’s so very easy to become self absorbed with our bodies and what LEMS cards we’re being dealt that day.  I don’t have a degree in psychology, but I will offer an observation.  I feel so much better when I’m looking outward, not inward.  Outward more, inward less.  That seems like a worthy goal.
