Muscle recovery with LEMS
Good morning all!
I know some of us are lucky enough to be fairly active, so I have a question for the few that are.
Do you feel your muscles take longer than others to recover?
For instance, I usually do a pretty tough yoga workout on Sundays and sometimes I am sore until mid or late Tuesday night. My muscles get tight almost like a rubber band.
Does anyone else experience this?
