      Hey all,

      Happy Friday! I am really looking forward to a “lazy” weekend as my week and weekend has left me exhausted.

      As I mentioned last week, I spent last weekend in DC with my best friend. We walked and rode the metro everywhere, so I did double the amount of steps I normally do per day.

      I have tried to lay low after working this week but that hasn’t been quite enough downtime for me to recover, especially with the extra busy days at work I’ve been having this week.. So I plan to spend the entire weekend recovering.

      When you go on a trip, do you find you need several days to recover? What’s your normal recovery like? Do you have any tricks that help you recover?
