I’m going to confess it’s been difficult maintaining my walking in the past six months. Many things conspire against these, beyond just being lazy and lacking motivation. For me, it was torn lateral and medial meniscus in my right knee. Then it was a couple of cold winter months. The excuses go on and on.

Do you make an honest attempt to get out and get some fresh air, work the muscles, and release some endorphins?

The benefits of walking and exercise are undisputed. I’m starting to get out again in the beautiful area I have for it.

Take a moment and watch my ‘LEMS Walk” video, and enjoy what I’m enjoying.

Oh, and I’m out the door now for a good walk before it gets too hot.
