  What are your tips and tricks for dealing with the summer heat?

  As I write this it’s June 21st, the Summer Solstice, the first day of summer in the northern hemisphere. Here in Texas where I live, the high summer heat of 100-degree-plus days is hitting right on schedule. Just yesterday, walking to the mailbox, and dropping by the office just a short walk away, I felt drained and was starting to sweat. I was exhausted! With high humidities and dew points the Heat Index here is reaching 111-115 degrees!

  Heat is a major stressor on the body and LEMS does not like stress of any kind.

  What are the tips and tricks you use to deal with the summer heat and help your LEMS symptoms?
